6 Week Virtual Weights Challenge


This is a virtual challenge, You must have facebook in order to participate.

6 weeks; 4 days a week lifting with a weekend core & HIIT. 30-45 minutes a workout (depending on your speed and rest breaks) in the comfort of your own home. Equipment needed: 2 sets of dumb bells, light & heavy.
Challenge will officially start December 1, 2019 BUT, once added to the group you may start at anytime!
