8 week virtual session Power Hour
This 8 class session starts Monday May 18th, 2020 – Friday July 10, 2020.
You must have Facebook to participate in this session. 4 classes will be active starting week 1 and 4 classes will be added in week 4. All classes 8 classes will then stay in the Facebook until the end date of July 10. You may complete the 8 classes as many times as you would like at your convenience in your own home. You will need a set of dumbbells (preferably light and heavy), mat, sweat towels and other household items to use as equipment (chair, flight of stairs, paper plates, wash cloths or floor sliders).
